Healers – Manifesting God’s Power to Save.

Throughout Jesus’s ministry, healing miracles demonstrated the presence of the kingdom of God. When John the Baptist’s followers asked Jesus if He was the Messiah, Jesus replied, “…the blind regain their sight, the lame walk, lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the poor have the good news proclaimed to them.” (Matthew 11:5) The miracles themselves testified to Jesus’s identity as the Son of God.
The term “Faith Healer” has become associated with charlatans and con-men. But we should maintain a firm faith that God still performs miracles of healing through individuals He has given the charismatic gift of Healing. Before the Ascension, Jesus told His disciples that those who believe will lay hands on the sick and they will recover. (Mark 16:18) This promise is as true today as it was 2,000 years ago. Ask the Lord to help you believe.
