Disciples and Stewards
This week, I’m want to introduce something a little different that I call “Disciples and Stewards.” A few years ago, I wrote a weekly meditation for the parish bulletin at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Augusta, GA. I try to keep them short and sweet while focusing on some aspect on what it means to be a disciple and steward.
The title Disciples and Stewards comes from my conviction that it doesn’t make sense to try to teach stewardship if you don’t know how to be a disciple. Stewardship is something that a disciple does. If you’re not living discipleship, then stewardship won’t make any sense to you at all.
I have already started publishing them on NathanKrupa.com, so this introduction is a little bit late. Check out the first articles here:
- Your mission, if you choose to accept it.
- Ask God to teach you to hear His voice.
- Learn what God said already.
I’ll be adding to this pretty regularly, because I have a bunch of them ready to go. You can find an updated list of all of the articles in the Disciples and Stewards tag archives.

I wrote these articles with a parish bulletin in mind. If you want to include these meditations in your parish bulletin, please shoot me a message and I’ll be happy to discuss it with you.
